Keystone Greyhounds will be on hand to help celebrate the Fourth of July at the 10th annual Summer Jubilee, an all-day event on Main Street, across from Waynesboro Hospital. Come meet our patriotic greyhounds and then stay to enjoy the craft show, Fourth of July parade, cherry-pie eating contest and free concerts. Sunday, July 5, 2009 - 2 PM - Keystone Greyhound Strut at City Island, Harrisburg
What could be more patriotic than a greyhound parade around City Island? Dress your hound in its finest Yankee Doodle Dandy collar and join us at the carousel for the monthly strut. A Senator's game is scheduled for this afternoon, so there will be a nominal parking fee. All are welcome, even if you don't have a greyhound or your hound came from another adoption group. Consider taking the hounds on a "family vacation" to Grapehounds, the annual celebration of greyhounds, greyhound adoption and wine.
